The 'Bee Landscape Road Map' is part of a wider toolbox called 'Hulp voor Bestuivers' ('Helping pollinators'; website in Dutch), developed as part of research programme 'Kennisimpuls Bestuivers' ('Knowledge Boost on Pollinators', website in Dutch). This programme is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, and is executed by Wageningen Environmental Research in collaboration with Naturalis Biodiversity Center and EIS Kenniscentrum Insecten.
